"Cindy has worked with a number of our senior business people - a tough and demanding group - and has achieved real behavior change with them. She achieves these excellent results because she wins their trust quickly and then offers insights into different paths they can take to achieve their goals. She is skilled at helping them see problems that they refused to acknowledge before working with her. More importantly, we can see a difference in the way these people perform.”
